2. Products

• We sell imitation/artificial jewellery and fashion accessories.

• Product images shown are for reference purposes only. Actual colors, size, or design may slightly vary due to photography, lighting, and screen resolution.

• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We accept payments via Google Pay, PhonePe or any UPI to contact number

• TARA reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Delivery times depend on courier partners and your location (usually 5–10 business days).

• TARA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds/replacements are accepted only in case of physical damage at the time of delivery.

• A continuous unboxing video (180° view, no breaks) is mandatory to raise a claim.

• Falling of small stones is not considered as damage.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, designs, and logos on this website are the property of TARA.

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TARA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

• Jewellery should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
