Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with TARA. We value your trust and take utmost care in checking and packing every order. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
Refunds or replacements are accepted only in case of physical damage to the product at the time of delivery.
Unboxing video is mandatory:
The video must be taken in one single shot, without any pause or editing.
The video must clearly show the package from all sides (180° view) before opening.
The video must capture the full process of unboxing and product checking.
Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


2. Exclusions
Minor variations in color/design due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects.
Small stone fall/ Pearl drop from the jewellery is not considered damage.
Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, wear & tear, exposure to chemicals, or water will not be eligible for refund or replacement.


3. Process
1. In case of physical damage, email us at tarabyanu@gmail.com or send to contact number 8089114891 with the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Our team will verify the video and confirm eligibility.
3. If approved, we will offer either:
A replacement (if stock is available), or
A refund to your original payment method.


4. Timeframe
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
