Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with TARA. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
• All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
• Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
• We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. TARA is not responsible for such delays.
3. Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website/app.
4. Address & Delivery
• Please provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to non-availability of the customer during delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
5. International Shipping
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
• All orders are carefully packed and shipped.
• In case of physical damage on delivery, an unboxing video (continuous, 180° view, without breaks) is mandatory for claims.
• Small stone fall is not considered damage.
• TARA is not responsible for loss or theft after successful delivery as per tracking details.
