Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TARA. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. TARA is not responsible for such delays.


3. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website/app.


4. Address & Delivery
Please provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to non-availability of the customer during delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages
All orders are carefully packed and shipped.
In case of physical damage on delivery, an unboxing video (continuous, 180° view, without breaks) is mandatory for claims.
Small stone fall is not considered damage.
TARA is not responsible for loss or theft after successful delivery as per tracking details.
